About The Artist

1984- 2008. Professional Stained Glass Artist- Girodet Art Glass                                                           

• Operated full glass studio to design, craft, and market commissioned fine art glass. 

• Taught glassworking classes both at the studio and at Delaware Art Center, Ohio.

• Assisted other studios complete large projects, such as Old World Ornamental Glass, Col. Oh.

           (Project published in Studio Designer Series Collection Three, Windows of North America)

• Independent Sub-contractor (Atria Building Products, Columbus Ohio, and others)

• Career Highlights:

       2005 SGAA National Grand Prize, Active Member Challenge

       2006 Ohio Designer Craftsman’s Best Of Exhibition

       Published in the Stained Glass Quarterly, Winter 2006.

• Re-opened studio on the island of Maui to make fine art for commissions and for gallery display.

• Liturgical commission for St. Francis Xavier Mission Restoration, Kahakuloa Maui.  Iconic saints in Catholic style, with Hawaiian influence in the design.  Six Lancet panels and one large altar panel.

• Liturgical commission for Calvary Chapel Central Maui.  One large window installed behind the pulpit, based on the logo of the church.

• Public Art Commission- Kihei Public Library, Kihei Maui.

2024   Remnant Glass

• Moved studio to Prescott Valley Arizona

• Focusing on Fusion and Handpainted enamels, incorporated into traditional leaded glass.
